How Do I Delete Account and Cloud Data?
Account deletion is permanent. Before completing the relevant steps, be sure to evaluate the possibility of active subscription and data return.
Solution in 30 Seconds
- Go to your account settings in the app.
- Confirm the “Delete My Cloud Data” option.
- Complete the “Permanently Delete Account” step if necessary.
Step by step
- Open Profile/Settings.
- Start the cloud data cleansing process in the data management section.
- Complete the final confirmation screen to completely delete the account.
- After deletion, check that old data does not arrive when you log in with the same e-mail.
Why is it important?
- Simply logging out without clearing cloud data will not delete data.
- Account deletion cannot be undone.
- Legal retention obligations may keep some records for a limited period of time.
