2. Religious Content

Vaktim does not present binding opinions on behalf of any school of thought, religious group, or political organization. The religious content in the application does not constitute an official fatwa or a binding religious ruling.

3. Prayer Times and Qibla Calculations

Prayer times and the qibla direction are calculated using device information, the selected methods, and technical parameters. Deviations may occur for technical or geographical reasons.

4. Spiritual Guide and Artificial Intelligence

The Spiritual Guide (Manevi Rehber) feature provides responses generated by AI-based systems and operates only with the user's separate explicit consent relating to this feature. These responses are of a general informational nature; they do not substitute for official, theological, medical, legal, or psychological advice and should not be relied upon on their own.

5. Third-Party Services

The application works with third-party services such as infrastructure and hosting (Supabase, and accordingly Amazon Web Services, and Cloudflare for content distribution), Google/Firebase services (notification token, anonymous analytics that is optional and enabled with explicit consent, remote configuration, Google Maps/Places, Sign in with Google, and Google Play payment), Apple services (Sign in with Apple and App Store payment), optional crash/error reporting enabled with explicit consent (Sentry), subscription management (RevenueCat), and an artificial intelligence provider for Spiritual Guide responses (OpenAI; message content is transmitted via the Supabase edge infrastructure). Which personal data these services process and the legal bases regarding transfer abroad are explained in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice. Vaktim has no direct control over external system errors arising from these services.

6. Responsibility for Use

You are advised to exercise your own judgment when using the application. Responsibility for the decisions you make based on the content rests with you. No limitation of liability in this statement limits or removes liability arising from intent and gross negligence, the applicable mandatory consumer rights, or mandatory rules of law.
