Privacy and Security

Analytics and Diagnostics (Telemetry)
In-app analytics (Firebase Analytics) and error diagnostics (Sentry) are OFF by default. Unless you enable them with your explicit consent in Settings, this anonymous usage and error data is not collected. You can turn it off again at any time from the same place; if you don't want it, you don't need to do anything.
Cloud Synchronization
Cloud synchronization is off by default and is enabled only with your explicit consent. Your prayer, Quran, dua, and dhikr data is protected as special-category (religious) personal data and is transferred to the cloud only when you turn on sync. When you turn off sync, new transfers stop; previously synced cloud data is not deleted automatically, and if you want it deleted you need to send a request to the support team.
Location and Maps
Google Maps/Places is used for city and location selection. Geocoding from the device location (coordinate–to–city matching) is processed on the device whenever possible. Mapbox is not used in the location infrastructure.
