Email Verification Link Not Working
Most verification errors occur due to expired tokens, incompletely copied links, or opening on a different device. Try the flow below in order.
Solution in 30 Seconds
- Open the most recent verification email and click the link again.
- Make sure you open the link fully in the browser (it should not be broken).
- If unsuccessful, request a new verification email from the application.
Step by step
1) Use the Correct Email
- Open the last verification email sent, not old emails.
- Also check your spam and promotional folders.
2) Open the Link Fully
- If you are pasting the link into the browser, copy the entire link.
- Wait a few seconds when the verification page opens.
3) Generate New Link
- Use the “Resend verification email” option from the app.
- Try again with the new link.
Why Does It Happen?
- The verification token may have expired.
- The link may be missing or truncated.
- A previously used verification link may have been tried again.
