Email Verification Link Not Working
Most verification errors are caused by an expired token, a partially copied link or opening it on a different device. Try the flow below in order.
Fix in 30 Seconds
- Open the most recent verification email and click the link again.
- Make sure you open the link fully in the browser (it must not be truncated).
- If it fails, request a new verification email from the app.
Step by Step
1) Use the Correct Email
- Open the most recently sent verification email, not older ones.
- Also check your spam and promotions folders.
2) Open the Link Fully
- If you're pasting the link into the browser, copy all of it.
- When the verification page opens, wait a few seconds.
3) Generate a New Link
- Use the "Resend verification email" option from the app.
- Try again with the newly received link.
Why Does It Happen?
- The verification token may have expired.
- The link may be incomplete or truncated.
- A previously used verification link may have been tried again.
