Invite Code Invalid or Not Found
The most common reasons for invitation code problems are code format, wrong link usage or code expiration.
Solution in 30 Seconds
- Enter the code without spaces and with the correct characters.
- Reopen the invitation link and try the code again.
- If necessary, ask the inviter for a new code.
Step by step
1) Verify Code Format
- Check that there are no spaces at the beginning/end of the code.
- Watch out for similar characters (0/O, 1/I).
2) Open with Link
- Open the invite link directly.
- If the code does not come automatically, paste it manually.
3) Request New Code
- If the code has expired, get a new code from the inviting user.
- Restart the process with the new code.
Why Does It Happen?
- The code may have been copied incorrectly.
- The code may have expired or been used before.
- A match may not be established because you are logged in with a different account.
