Invite Code Invalid or Not Found
The most common causes of invite code problems are the code format, using the wrong link, or the code having expired.
Fix in 30 Seconds
- Enter the code with no spaces and the correct characters.
- Reopen the invite link and try the code again.
- If needed, ask the person who invited you for a new code.
Step by Step
1) Verify the Code Format
- Check that there are no spaces at the start/end of the code.
- Watch out for similar characters (0/O, 1/I).
2) Open via the Link
- Open the invite link directly.
- If the code doesn't appear automatically, paste it manually.
3) Request a New Code
- If the code has expired, get a new code from the user who invited you.
- Start the process again with the new code.
Why Does It Happen?
- The code may have been copied incorrectly.
- The code may have expired or already been used.
- Because you signed in with a different account, no match could be made.
- If you're in guest mode (using the app without signing in), you may need to sign in with your account first before using the invite code.
