Premium is Active but Features Are Not Opening

If the subscription is active but you see a locked feature, you need to complete the account pairing and purchase restoration steps.

Step by step

  1. Check your App Store / Google Play account.
  2. Make sure that your time account and store account belong to the same user.
  3. Start the restore process from the Premium screen.
  4. After the process, refresh the session and try the feature again.
