Premium is Active but Features Are Not Opening
If the subscription is active but you see a locked feature, you need to complete the account pairing and purchase restoration steps.
Solution in 30 Seconds
- Verify that you are logged in with the store account from which you purchased the subscription.
- Run the “Restore Purchase” step from within the app.
- Close and reopen the app and check your premium badge again.
Step by step
- Check your App Store / Google Play account.
- Make sure that your time account and store account belong to the same user.
- Start the restore process from the Premium screen.
- After the process, refresh the session and try the feature again.
Why Does It Happen?
- You may have logged in with a different store account.
- Account matching with payment confirmation may be delayed.
- An internet outage may have interrupted the restore.
